We have an urgent role with one of the biggest group for there Mobile Handset and E-commerce Vertical.
Designation : Manager HR
Reporting to : Head HR
Profile :
Manpower Budgeting Planning and Talent Acquisition :
- Strategic Manpower planning in respect to Talent Acquisition & Talent Retention
- To monitor manpower position / requirements as per Organization Structure for the region covering manufacturing units and branches
- Participate in salary negotiation - BM and above
- Database Management of all employees-Sourced profiles (Summary of acquisition/ Detailed acquisition Database)
- Adhere to timelines and approval for variances as per corporate guidelines
Performance Management & Governance :
- Analyze sales performance report (4 weeks in month) in terms monthly target vs achievement
- Identify top and below performing branches and identify performers accordingly
- PEI (Performance Enhancement Initiative)- Execute PEI action plan - Monthly
Drive DIALOGUE :
- Ensure to drive sales improvement plans through training & development
- Organize and facilitate monthly (4 weeks) Governance Meet - Support Function as per defined TAT
- Coordinates with the corporate HR team and departments, to successfully complete the appraisal process in adherence to the defined timelines.
R&R(Rewards and recognition ) :
- Ensure Execution of RNR programs like Smileys & quarterly RNR Programs
- Responsible to recognize and rewarding the performing employees as per R&R programs
- End to end responsibility for driving sales team incentive schemes - Starting from collecting Target Vs Achievement data to incentive payout with in the defined TAT
- Identification and rewarding best buddy's as per the BUDDY program
Employee Connect :
- Ensure new joiners gets all the basics necessities at the time of joining starting from Induction, Receiving ID, Business cards, Email id, work station etc.
- Responsible for assigning BUDDY to all new joiners for initial hand holding and confusions
- Responsible for successfully driving BUDDY program for their respective vertical
- Coordination with RHR's to drive BUDDY program in regions
- Responsible for execution of ANUBHAV program for new joiners
- Analysis on BUDDY and ANUBHAV for minimizing information gaps between organization and new joiners
Employee Retention & Development :
- Ensure employee retention through engagement programs and R&R programs
- Responsible to develop talent pool for the vertical i.e. (Potential development center )
- In co-ordination with the Corporate T&D team, carry out quarterly training identification / needs / assessment exercises in the vertical
Process Compliance : JD/KPI and STEP
- Maintain continuous interaction with employees & educate them on the relevance of JD, KPIs & performance review process
- Responsible for monthly JD/KPI compliance report (Vertical wise/Branch wise/Role wise)
- Educate sales employees on STEP and ensure compliance to the same by continuous monitoring
- Share HR Governance reports as per desired frequency
- Ensure the successful implementation of all 3 phases of STEP (Adherence-- JCP-- MOM)
