Manager - Human Resource - eCommerce

We are currently retained by a client for hiring HR Manager for their India business. The client is an ecommerce company based in Delhi NCR. THis is a mid sized organization that is growing.

Role :

- Lead HR for the entire business

- Be responsible for putting in place policies for the company

- Ensuring proper alignment of people policies between India and US

- Lead Talent Acquisition for the business

- Ensuring the company is an employer of choice

- Providing HR subject matter expertise to the business leaders

- Provide strategic direction to the company on all HR initiatives

Must have skills:

- Expertise in being a part of a good brand in HR for atleast 2 years

- Total experience of HR for over 4 years in HR Generalist and not recruitment

- Solid exposure to all facets of HR

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- A natural influencer

- Ability to deal with blue and white collar employees and resolving all types of personnel issues

Education: MBA in HR from a reputed college
