Diversity & Inclusion:
- Serve as a passionate advocate and catalyst for diversity and inclusion within the Agri- business division.
- Develop and implement a strategic diversity and inclusion framework that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to embed diversity and inclusion principles into talent management, recruitment, and performance management processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in diversity and inclusion practices.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance awareness, foster inclusive behaviours, and mitigate unconscious biases.
- Cultivate partnerships with external organizations and networks to leverage best practices and develop diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Learning & Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the Agri- business division, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify learning needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and discussions with business leaders, and design appropriate training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors to create and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and technologies to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through metrics and feedback,and make necessary improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development,and propose innovative solutions to enhance the division's learning culture.
