Job Description:
- Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR Department.
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Responsible for providing end to end recruitment solutions for filling up vacancies within the TAT.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Pre and Post Recruitment related activities including Pre Employment Checks, Inductions and joining of employees.
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company's salary budget.
- Developing, revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
- Oversee exit interviews.
- Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Handling of Employee Grievances.
- In-depth knowledge of Labour Law Compliance and best HR Practice.
