Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the hiring process, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment of qualified candidates.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.

3. Coordinate with recruitment vendor partners, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that may arise.

4. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions.

5. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process to identify the most suitable candidates.

6. Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

7. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking, interview outcomes, and feedback.

8. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and vendor management.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws related to recruitment and vendor management.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on vendor management and recruitment.

3. Proven track record in effectively managing vendor relationships and optimizing recruitment processes.

4. Previous experience in a similar role as an Assistant Manager/Team Leader is preferred.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
