Talent Acquisition:  - Take charge of talent sourcing, lead campus recruiting, conduct interviews for all positions to attract the right talent for achieving business development objectives effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, universities and other recruitment sources.  - Enhance the relationship with business leaders and employees through grievance handling positive employee relations, site visits, employee touch programs and counseling.  - Support organizational efforts on workforce planning, succession plan and talent review including salary review and promotion. Train team members to ensure they fully understand the systems and processes so that they can monitor the progress and the quality of these systems and processes.  Talent Management:  - Communication and support of cascading and enriching TM programs and process to employees   - Collaborate with Regional HRBPs & Business leaders in executing programs - performance management, people development, succession planning, talent exchange, etc.   - Provide input for performance feedback, employee development, and performance management to enhance individual and team performance  - Analyze learning & development needs and implementing training programs on a company wide basis  - Coach managers on building core leadership capabilities to maximize organizational effectiveness and creating and inspiring work environment for their teams.  - Manage talent development programs and deliver training courses to newly hired commercial leaders.  - Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable regulations, laws and employment standards.  HR Management - Policies & Objectives:  - Interpret specific HR policies and answer inquiries from employees. Attend to employee grievances, if any and to provide guidance. Formulate, review and implement effective HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization's goals and objectives.  - Establish local human resource strategies that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the organization's objectives.  - Implement and assist in development of HR policies and processes.  HR Operations:  - Provide leadership by directing members of the HR Operations team in the delivery of all services, ensuring all service level agreements are met and internal customers receive prompt, reliable, and exceptional service.   - Support in C&B analytics.  - Establish and manage HR vendor relationships pertaining to HR processes.  - Develop operational processes through Dashboards, systems and analytics to ensure all compliances are 100% accurate & on-time.   - Analyze and measure the productivity as well as efficacy of HR operations in order to ensure, efficiency, effectiveness & compliance.
