Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA  We are working on a mandate to hire HR Manager for our start-up client in the car rental industry (self-drive) in Gurgaon.   Appended below is a brief outline of the role for your ready reference:  Role description: Manage all HR processes, including, but not limited to  - Employee engagement initiatives  - Framing key policies e.g. Travel, Leaves  - Inputs for Payroll processing to be given to the Finance team  - Maintaining employee information databases  - Facilitating 6 monthly reviews  - Introducing key programmes for employee motivation and development e.g. rewards and recognition  - Regular communication to the organization  - Type: Needs to be a standalone manager (will be a single person team, to begin with) and push the organization-wide HR agenda, which is currently completely missing in the organization. High energy.   - Education: Tier 1-2 MBA institute   By being a part of this company, you will be a part of the core management team as this start-up started operations in July 2015. They have their Corporate office in Gurgaon, a hub in Sector 17 and 3 hubs in Delhi. They have regional offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai and are now planning new offices in Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, and Mysore within next one month.
