- Diversity and all other people processes
- TA Lead Business - Responsible for Lateral hiring across functions
- Lead Capability Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement
- Engaging talent through Employee Connect
- Driving employee development initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to performance management framework,
- Resolving employee grievances,
- Ensuring compliance with statutory areas and allied national projects in the fields of employee
