Responsibilities: - Support HR Business Partner and Comp. &amp; Ben. - Providing support in the areas of employee Goal Setting, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation Planning and other HR processes. - Responsible for statutory and compliance, contract resources process management, employee on boarding and exit. - Participate and provide support for HR Projects and Organization Initiatives. - Responsible for generating all the HR reports on periodic basis. - Work closely with employees and provide input, insight on HR perspective as required. - Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices. - Work and partner with HR/Organization project teams for implementing org initiatives/projects. - Own the HR statutory compliance process. Work closely with the labor consultants, enable periodic audits, track noncompliance, if any for closure and ensure 100% compliance. Coordinate with statutory body representatives as required. - Own the Rewards &amp; Recognition process and ensure seamless execution of the process on a timely basis. - Handle internal mobility and transfers for employees. - Provide support to HR Business Partners and the COEs (Centers of Excellence). - Handle HR reports, data, metrics and analytics. - Handle employee queries Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience as HR Generalist - Experience working in multi-national companies (desirable) - Excellent in analyzing data and coming out with insights - Excellent in creating meaningful presentations - Should be well versed in MS Office tools like excel, power point Good presentation skills, co-ordination skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, vendors, visitors, and employees - Detail-orientated, organized, with a strong sense of urgency - Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with a team, with excellent project management - Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks - Preferred Masters in HR and or MBA - Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
