- Contribute towards the development and implementation of the talent acquisition, management and retention strategy
- Implement HR processes which include recruitment, on-boarding, induction and performance reviews, growth and development.
- Provide counselling and support to maintain high levels of motivation and manage conflict.
- Support in creating an effective work environment for staff and volunteers.
- Ensure effective payroll management and compliance to regulatory processes
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring and reporting aspects of HR progress
