Salary Range : Max up to 10 - 10.5 Lac PA CTC

Shift Timings : 12 pm - 9 pm

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday

Gender Preference : Male / Female

Education Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience required : Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience

- Handling Recruitment process & Induction

- Joining & Exit Formalities

- Payroll management

- Handling Employee Grievances & Employee Engagement Activities

- Performance Management & Appraisals

- HR Policies & Procedures

- Managing employment contracts

- Rewards & Recognition

- HR Budgeting

Candidate Requirements :

- Strong experience into Bulk Hiring / Lateral Hiring

- Have International BPO Hiring Experience

- Strong stakeholder management

- Vendor Management 

- Client co-ordination

- Attention to detail & Multi Tasking

- Team Player & People Management

- Efficient & Organized

- Self- motivated

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
