Urgently looking for a HR Manager for one of the world's leading providers of Forex trading technologies and services to private and institutional traders.   Location: Mumbai - Andheri (East)  Key Responsibilities of the Role:  Report to HR Director  - Provide full spectrum of HR support, strong in recruitment, training and development and C&B for India.  - Support regional HR plans such as HR processes revamp, job grading evaluation, staff development plan, other HR related projects  - Assist in the review, formulate and implement HR policy and procedure  - Assist in the execution and administration of employee benefit programs, staff relation activities, performance management, training and development program as well as HR audit activities  - Offer consulting services to local and regional country offices to enhance organization effectiveness and staff relations  - Be a business partner to the regional management team  - Prepare various HR reports for senior management review  - Manage and work with IT to drive the enhancement of HR system and related electronic systems  - Participate in other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned  Job requirement:  - University degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline  - Minimum 5 - 10 years of HR working experience in financial services and around 3 years in management role  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high proficient in spoken and written English and preferably Chinese (Putonghua/Cantonese)  - Strong problem solving skills  - Customer-oriented, a good team player, flexible, highly organized and able to handle multitasks independently and efficiently  - Presentation skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization  - Immediate available is highly preferred.  Interested candidates kindly apply or contact Sweta Raheja - +91 9619889973
