HR Manager
- Managing complete Recruitment & Selection Process and Employee Engagement.
- Manpower planning along with Head -Talent Acquisition enabling an effective organization wide manpower plan.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing employees at various levels.
- Conduct Walk-in Interviews, Campus Interviews & Scheduled Interviews at the respective Locations.
- Vendor / Channel management in order to scale up the regional delivery capacity.
- Responsible for designing and implementing vendor schemes and incentives as per the business requirement to ensure maximum delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring offered candidates to join as per business requirement across all channels.
- Making salary fitments, rolling out offers along with salary negotiations.
- Generating Monthly MIS Report - Head Count, GAP Analysis, and Attrition Analysis.
- Employee Engage Branch Banking Recruitment
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract talent and retaining them
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
- Offer Closures by negotiating pay and salary
Employee Relations :
- Responsible for the execution of people management issues, particularly around coaching, counseling and conflict management in partnership with line managers,
- Conduct Interaction Hour with employees in the BU
- Driving employee engagement
- Analyze HR and business data with the support of the Business Manager, communicate the meaning to managers and identify key HR action items and ensure implementation.
- Work with BU Head to identify people-related improvement areas that enhance productivity and profitability of the BU through Learning and Development Activities.
- Ensure smooth implementation of the Performance Management Process
