- HR Business Partner managing entire employee life cycle from Talent acquisition to exit interview.

- Manage HR Analytics for Consumer Bank with focus on Smart Compensation, Productivity, Manpower budgets, Attrition & Rewards.

- Manage HR Projects for Consumer Bank which include Job Evaluation, Predictive Analysis, Compensation fitment, Incentives schemes, Talent Management & Performance Management, etc

Salary range - 6-9 LPA
