Client - A leading Private Sector Bank

Location - Delhi / Chandigarh

Key Deliverable:

- Engagement with business leaders to develop a keen understanding of business to provide effective HR support

- Create understanding of culture and values of the bank to help decisions and actions of all employees and ensure strong relations with the bank through their career lifecycle.

- Define Resourcing Strategy and deliver key priorities for the business e.g. Quality of Hiring, Employer Branding, Sourcing Strategy.

- Translating the headcount plan into clear job requirements and definition of recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery. Reporting & Risk Management, managing escalations as required with key stakeholders. Accountable for Recruitment targets and alignment to resourcing model.

- Managing the recruitment process (mass and individual).

- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources.

- Ensure right organizational structure through right employee allocation and transfers

- Communication of policies and practices to the employees for positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances through branch / office visits, open house, new joinee meetings, etc.

- Maintaining the balance of internal & external sources in order to optimize costs

- Understanding the various business requirements and managing it.

- Screening / Short listing of resumes & Conducting Interviews.

- Compensation negotiation and joining discussion.

- Managing Joining formalities and documentation.

- Closing positions within the defined turnaround time and as per defined requirements. Maintaining good offer to joining ratio.

- Ensure timely induction and quality recruitment experience

Experience:

- Full time 2 year degree in HR from a reputed institute with 1-3 years of experience.

- Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub-systems.

- Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support within the organizational framework.

- Good communication skills - both oral and written.

- Analytical orientation and good excel skills
