- Performance Management System (PMS): Goal sheet and KRA formulation for employees across all verticals
- PMS Leader for Pune retail banking employees: Normalization; Promotion discussions
- PMS: Resolving query of employees through Service Request Mechanism
- Succession Planning: Facilitate pan India Talent and Bench Planning of middle and higher level Management.
- Formulate page reports on Personnels for leadership qualities, behavioral aspects and business numbers.
- 360 degree feedback of senior management from stakeholders for future roles mapping
- Employee Induction: Communication meetings for New joinees explaining culture, do's and don't's of ICICI Bank
- Visit branches for health assessment and grievance handling
- Grievance Handling: Handle Employee grievances of various different businesses
- Exit interview analysis and retention strategy
- Responsible for facilitating employee transfers in and out of your alloted region
Salary Range: 4-10 LPA
