Manager - Human Resource - Advertising Firm

We are looking for an HR Manager to join, help us grow & retain our in-house talents. You will be responsible for recruitment/selection of talents, employee remuneration/payroll, setting and maintaining the culture right, and strengthening the employer-employee relationship.

Responsibilities :

- Develop hiring strategies to support existing business and potential new business

- Build and maintain effective relationships between employees and employer

- Manage & handle hire to exit processes, remuneration/payroll, employee attendance & grievances

- Ensure HR services, policies, processes, and systems are designed and aligned to business needs

- Advise, challenge, coach, and support Business Managers in their role on people-related processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment)

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to align interests of staff and business.

- Deliver key HR metrics and establish robust processes for HR operations

- Help drive high employee engagement scores and make processes for budget monitoring to ensure optimization

- MIS reporting that includes various weekly, monthly reports

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with prior experience in digital/advertising/creative agencies will be preferred

- Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for creative, operational & technical roles

- Very good knowledge of manpower hiring techniques

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language as well as Hindi.

- In-depth knowledge of local HR & Admin policies including industry standards along with exposure to Labor Laws & Regulations

- Highly self-motivated, team player, adept at driving change within the organization

- MBA in Human Resource Management or relevant degree
