- Manpower Planning in consultation with MD
- Selection process
- On-boarding Formalities & Induction
- Drafting of KRA's
- Maintenance of Personnel Files
- Manage & work with Recruitment Vendors
- Creating salary and other benefits structures in consultation with MD
- Ensure timely processing of salaries & reimbursements
- Ensure adherence to HR & Operational Policies and Processes
- Adherence to applicable Labour Laws
- Employee Engagement Activities
- New empanelment & compliances linked
- Performance Appraisal
- Understand training needs and set up specific training modules
- Attending & arranging to resolve employee queries and grievances
Key words/ Key areas: Recruitment, Performance and Incentive Management, Employee Engagement, Policies and Documentation, Training and Development, Employee Exits and Grievance Redressals.
Admin and Business Support: -
- Ensure end to end office management including regular business activities of office with the help of support staff
- Act as a link between the team and the management and facilitate cohesive business environment -
- Vendor relations & vendor performance
- Travel management - Ensuring travel bookings like air tickets, car pick up, hotel
arrangements and Forex (for overseas traveling). Complete all passport and visa formalities Account: keep a track on the expense reports (client expenses) and other administrative record keeping -
- Keep contact list updated in the system; ensure all records are properly filed in soft and hard format, and renew requisite memberships on time.
- Board meetings coordination
- Addressing to the IT issues of the office
- Understanding of Products, Services, Collaterals & also indulge into Team Mapping

SKILLS:
- Deep understanding of HR function including the key areas

- Proficient in IT systems, MS Excel, Powerpoint and MS office skills
- Team player, dynamic, high energy and people centricity
EDUCATION: MBA/PGDBM/PGD HRM
EXPERIENCE: 7-8 YEARS or higher in a high-performance environment
