Job Description:
1. HR Policies and Processes:
- Documenting & ensuring that all the HR Policies and Processes are streamlined.
- Assists with all audit requests (external, internal) pertaining to employee life cycle
- Cascading the same to all departments and ensuring a better understanding & adoption.
2. Health Insurance Management:
- Track record of Medi-claim Insurance
- Support in claims settlement
- Policy awareness sessions
- Timely Addition and deletion of employees
- Timely renewal
3. Expat Management:
- Providing all support for Visa, stay permit etc.
- Asset Management of Expats
- Documentation and other support
4. Performance management System:
- Managing the implementation of the performance management framework and activities in the organization
- Identification of Individual Developmental needs related to PMS
5. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
- Payroll Facilitation/Processing.
- All Statutory Compliance - PF, ESI, IT, PT & LWF Returns etc.
- Reimbursement - Medical, LTA, Leave Encashment.
- Processing and Validation of inputs to outputs of records.
- Resignation process: Full & Final Settlement / PF & Gratuity settlement
- Employee Personal File Maintenance, Attendance, Leave records, etc.
- Knowledge of India Tax and Regulatory Compliance.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Maintain strong external relations with all concerned, such as Government officials, Stakeholders, Regulatory authorities etc.
- Effective liasoning with government / semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations.
- Vendor Management.
- Deep subject matter knowledge of pension and Retiral Trust Management.
- MIS
6. Training and Development:
- New training identification from Line Manager / Supervisor / Employees themselves.
- Internal / business communication training.
- Responsible for conducting training need analysis throughout the organization.
- Conducting induction sessions from initial concept to completion.
- Tracking and maintaining the feedback on the training schedules.
- Organizing all kinds of managerial, behavioural, technical, and non-technical programs, generating reports about the effectiveness of the program, post training analysis, etc.
