Manager - Human Resource & Admin - Manufacturing

Heading the HR & Admin function of Nashik Plant Site.

- Reporting functionally to the VP -HR in Corporate and administratively to Sr. GM - Ops at Nashik

- Education -(degree / diploma) Graduate plus MBA - HR/MPM

- Experience 10-12 years in a Manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge and Skills (Functional /Technical)

- HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Engagement.

- Sound understanding of Labor legislation, Managing Industrial/employee relations, Man management, Interviewing skills, Knowledge of systems and process.

- Leadership /Managerial Attributes

- Comfort with Senior Management, Robust influencing skills, Solid Interpersonal skills, Courage, Negotiation skills, Motivating employees, Team management.
