Human Relations Manager in Fashion Embroidery Company
- Work with senior management to provide job descriptions for all roles within the company
- Design and structure a company hierarchy
- Consult in various organisational capability building and strategic change initiatives
- Review and restructure salary structures within the company
- Set performance management systems and develop and implement performance/appraisal system and employee goals
- Design and implement basic systems and processes such as: Hours; Holidays; Overtime; Rewards; Penalties; Etc.
- Hiring of new talent as and when required
- Anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters
- Potentially look at innovative ways to restructure company strategies & processes in order o increase employee efficiency and output
- Candidates with backgrounds working within manufacturing/labour will be given preference
- Salary to be discussed based on candidates experience and relevant expertise for the position
