Manager - Human Capital Management - Real Estate

A real estate developer company is looking for someone who can find and attract top talent for the firm and promote the firm's employer brand. You will also have the opportunity to support developing strategies and moderating learning and development initiatives.

Key Requirements :

- Master's or MBA degree in Human Resource

- 4 - 5 years of experiences in core Human Resource functions

Key Responsibilities :

In terms of Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events and etc.

- Liaise with recruitment consultants

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings

- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires

- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors

- Continuously improve the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices

In terms of Talent Development:

- Support in designing and implementing training and development programs based on the company's goals and objectives

- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans

- Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organization
