Key Requirements :
- Master's or MBA degree in Human Resource
- 4 - 5 years of experiences in core Human Resource functions

Key Responsibilities :
In terms of Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events and etc.
- Liaise with recruitment consultants
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
In terms of Talent Development:
- Support in designing and implementing training and development programs based on the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organization
