Manager - HRO - Transition/Presales & Solution Design (8-13 yrs)
The Pre-Sales HR Business Process team is responsible for providing Human Resource solutions to new & existing customers on Hire to Retire Services or HCM Business Services aligned solution.
He/she should have worked in industry aligned vertical and multiple industry experience is an added advantage, should have excellent verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core H2R skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team.
Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with customers.
The Pre-sales Consultant must be able to articulate the companys capability and business solutions portfolio, positioning to both internal and external customers.
Looking for candidates from BPO / KPO having relevant experience handling HR Operations - transitions, handling RFxs and Instrumental in winning new logos by providing effective solutions in Complex environment.
