We are looking for a techno functional resource with prior experience of HRIS implementation, data migration & UAT. As an HR Business Partner for the Corporate Technology division, you will work closely with the IT and HR Functional Team.

- Directing Reporting: Chief Human Resource Office
- Dotted line/Cross Reporting: Chief Technology Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Participation in the systems development life cycle, that the proposed system/solution delivers the expected deliverable and ensures that these systems function smoothly and are stable with every new change and release.
- Suggest, formulate, and document solutions to meet the business units/department needs and ensure that proposed changes for future HR Technology roadmap.
- Escalate functional issues and conflicts and make recommendations for potential solutions. Maintain a repository of documented HR processes.
- Work closely with Vendors, CTO, and internal IT project team to drive the Program and Project management of HCM Digitalization and change management activities to achieve organizational effectiveness.
- Participate and contribute to identifying and delivering suitable Technology initiatives and projects in the HR domain.
