Manager - HRIS - BFSI

This role is for Production Support HRIS position.

- He would be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of the global HR systems in the organization. This role will provide technology support to business units and will be primarily focused on leading the production support team, including executing support strategy and supervising the day-to-day operational execution.

- Knowledge of help/service desk best practices including ITIL.

- Proven analytical skills (complex reporting and dashboards)

- Experience with BIRT (business intelligence reporting tool)

- Experience working in a centralized role for a global company

- Experience with system integrations

- Experience working with vendor management and consultants

Work timing : Mon-Friday, 5:00 pm to 2:00am
