- Candidates should have 7 to 12 years work experience post MBA.

- Deep expertise in HR Transformation areas such as HR Diagnostics, HR Operating Model, HR Shared Services, etc.

- HR system implementation experience such as SAP or PeopleSoft, is desirable

- HR SaaS experience, preferably, Workday or SuccessFactors, hands-on implementation experience

- Workday HCM or SuccessFactors certification highly desirable
