- Experience in leading and managing the implementation of leading HR system, SAP Successfactors, SAP HCM across modules like LMS, Hiring, Onboarding, PMS, Compensation, Succession Planning, Employee Central etc. - Managing multiple activities, overlapping elements related to payroll integrations with SAP HCM. - Evaluate, enhance, and implement new age digital solutions in collaboration with HR CoEs for various other HR programs Engagement, Recognition, Wellness, etc to drive employee experience and productivity. - Responsibility for continuously evaluating current modules and new modules or digital platforms to deliver expected employee experiences. - The candidate is expected have awareness of best practices related to new technologies, HR systems, digital solutions, chatbots, AI etc and ensuring they get discussed and right ones are picked for implementation. - Proven expertise in building HRIS adoption within the Organization in collaboration with HR CoEs and ensuring the HRIS achieves its desired objectives. - Strong technical expertise with integration between various HRIS/digital platforms. - Lead project calls to assign work and manage projects to timelines and outcomes. - Working with current implementation partners, IT & Infosec team, vendors and establishing successful project outcomes for short term and long-term activities. - Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve processes. - Perform business process configurations including security and security controls to ensure appropriate access to functional users and monitor data security and access controls. - Works with training team to develops, schedule, and facilitate training of HRIS to various admin roles and end users. - Develop user guides and system documentation.
