As an HR Strategy Manager, you will recruit the best of the talent force, team grooming, defining culture, internal HR processes, employee engagement, etc. and bind and engage the team in a fun environment.
Job Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Engaging with key talent partners and universities to attract the best talent
- Identification, engagement and closure of recruitment within the stipulated time frame
- Responsibilities include forecasting, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, verifying testimonials, salary negotiation and post-selection joining formalities
Performance Management :
- To implement performance management system and effectively linking performance to rewards
- Responsibilities include collating data to the analysis of measures and rating in detail
HR Management :
- Manage Staff Induction
- Handling all employee enquiries and grievances
- Monitor in time adherence of HR processes (confirmations etc.)
- Developing and maintaining HR Policy file and Induction Manual
Workforce Management :
- Designing actively for a workplace-of-the-future by embracing remote working
- Preparing monthly internal employee newsletter
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
Training :
- To identify and assess training and development needs
- Develop and impart soft-skills training
- Coordinate internal and external training
Required qualifications, skills and abilities :
- A people-first mindset person who uses long-term thinking as a principle to arrive at decisions.
- A person who roll-up his/her sleeves and get things done, with little hand-holding.
- An MBA/PGDM Graduate in HR & have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience in a start-up.
- Prior experience in implementing & improving systems, procedure and organisational designs in a start-up.
- Experienced in recruiting roles within Tech, Product, Business Development, Account Management, etc.
- Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable leading without authority.
- Highly energetic and process-driven individual.
- Interested and excited about societal platform thinking.
