- Design and implement Recruitment Strategies.
- Handling all levels with major focus on Middle & Leadership Level mandates.
- Requirement Analysis and Transition Management: Understanding Clients- (HR /Ops) Requirement technicalities and translation of the same into Need Analysis and JD.
- Managing the Recruitment Metrics encompassing Fulfilment, Cycle Time, Cost per Hire, Offer - Joining Ratio, Source Mix, Company Tier Mix, Diversity Mix, etc.
