Manager-Shared Services ( Manufacturing Setup)

Client : MNC in Chemical Manufacturing

Role :

- Reporting into the Global Head for Shared Services, you will be responsible for :

- Transitioning of HR activities (except Payroll) to a BPO provider

- Supports the contracting process in the HR area

- Works with regional and local stakeholders to establish HR support for this initiative

- Ensure formal project monitoring and reports for HR (except Payroll) migration per country

- Ensure evolution towards standardization and consistency of performance of the HR processes

- Push innovation and continuous improvement programmes/initiatives in HR

- Drive best practice insights, both within and beyond Chemicals in HR processes

As a successful candidate :

- You should have 8-10 years of experience in setting up HR shared services with global exposure
