- Manage the HRSS the Global HRSS teams to ensure the Company complies with human resource management and reporting requirements for the HR function
- Partners with the HR Leaders of the Centers of Excellence (COEs) to establish criteria for meeting the demands of our business, including service level agreements and KPIs. Responsible for continuous improvement of the services provided by HRSS Team.
- Monitor, update and report on performance to agreed upon Service Level Agreements. Manage team performance against relevant SLA metrics to achieve and maintain SLA goals.
- Partners with the HR Leaders and COEs to ensure well documented policies, procedures, training materials and systems are accurate and up to date for the HRSS team.
- Responsible for hiring, developing, training and ensuring the HRSS Team has the knowledge and abilities to be successful.
