Roles &amp; Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition : - Manage the recruitment and selection process with a view to provide the best talent, efficiently and on time for all regions along with the HRBPs. - Manpower Planning (New/Replacement vs Internal Cost parity check), Approvals from Business. - Manage Diversity Hiring for sales/ manufacturing unit. Ensure employees are valued for their diversity and have a safe work environment. - Establish SLA norms for the various bands/roles and set up hiring analysis and tracking in accordance to the same.- - Review the efficiencies of all stages of hiring and fix gaps as observed . - Reviewing and approving/modifying budgets. - Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. - Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience. - Regular evaluation of recruitment consultants and review their engagement contracts, modify, and enhance as necessary and create a SOP for recruitment vendor selection, engagement, and performance. - Build and execute sourcing strategies for quicker turnaround in sourcing for all mission-critical roles expected to be hired for. - Review the efficiencies of all stages of hiring and fix gaps as observed from sourcing CVs to shortlisting to interviews and final closures. - Build a team of high performing individuals. HR Operations : - Handle end-end employee life cycle management. - Establish and enable a culture which reflects the Company's core values and constantly reinforce it to ensure all employees live the values. - Suggest measures for improving employee retention. - Build a culture of appreciation and recognition amongst the team to keep up high levels of motivation and engagement. - Work closely with all HRBPs across India. - Establish a performance-oriented culture by ensuring all employees have job descriptions and clear business goals; and are appraised periodically and given timely feedback on their performance. - Drive recognition programs with a view to motivate, reward and retain employees. - Analyze attrition, productivity and other metrics with a view to enable optimum utilization of human resources. - Establish career/succession plans for all employees with a view to align individual and Company goals. Job Specification : - 10 -12 yrs, preferably with FMCG background - Preferably, diploma in HR or specialization programs on Talent Acquisition
