A leading Real Estate Advisory Organization with Global Presence is looking for Manager- HR Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Release of offer letter as per agreed SLA
- Release of Appointment letter as per agreed SLA
- Timely updating of HRMS based on employee request or records
- Release of all letter within agreed SLA based on employee request or HR advising on case to case basis
- Creating and sending MIS report on time as per agreed SLA
- Reply on employee mail as per agreed SLA
- Maintains of systems Configurations & changes
- Management of employee file for active and inactive with all documents filed
Employee Query management :
Ensuring that the cases are finished inside the predefined TAT with precision according to the characterized KPIs Responsible for all applicable Labor compliances applicable to the company and group companies.
- Maintaining liaison with the appropriate Government Professional Bodies, Line Management, Advocates / Legal Advisors, Management Institutes, Consultants, etc.
- Responsible for all statutory audits and time to time reports to the Management.
- Process compliance and adherence at every stage of employee lifecycle
- BGV and medical check process adherence and compliance
- R and R management - Allocation / distribution
- Vendor management and relationship management.
