Education - Bachelors

Experience - 7 to 11yrs in shared services.

Mandatory Skills - experience in shared services, H2R and vendor management. someone with strong exposure and understanding of ASEAN market (Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, NZ, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia)

Good to have - experience in China and Japan

- 2-3 years' experience in leading mid-size country or regional teams.

- HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred but not a must.

- Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a must.

- Experience managing systems and services vendors. Multiple country HR regulations knowledge.

Desirable requirements:

- Ability to work effectively across all levels and layers of the organization. Work experience in virtual/remote teams preferred. Comfortable working in a complex and constantly evolving work environment

- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgement, in addition to high level attention to detail, analysing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is a must. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Partners with global & regional project team, responsible for the set-up of a fully operational P&O Services organization which is able to provide end-to-end P&O services throughout the region in line with Sandoz P&O Services strategy and transformation program.

- Provides support in transformation initiatives: Aligns with Global Process design Owners ensuring a full end to end standardized implementation plan is in place and executed.

- Drives and is accountable for successful transformation unit of current and adjusted P&O services to operational support teams on-time, in budget, quality and within agreed timeline.

- Works with Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, Managed Supplier Partners, Operations teams and 3rd parties to ensure that transformation projects are delivered. Lead Change Management for SIR related to implementing self services.

- Leads planning and execution of related transformation activities, develops approach to prioritize and evaluate process simplification & harmonization opportunities across country / cluster / region / globe.

- Identifies and handles risks to ensure a smooth P&O service transformation. Keeps leadership updated on progress of efforts on a regular basis, escalating issues, when needed.

- Chooses the designated vendor for PO services for APAC (excluding Japan and China) and ensures seamless service. Mange vendor management end to end and ensure seamless experiences for users.

- Leads, coaches, motivates and develops a team utilizing team and individual performance results. Identifies and develops training plans to address performance gaps. Handles workload by allocating team resources in line with peak periods, vacation, etc. (capacity planning).
