We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. Responsibilities: - Set objectives for the HR Operations team and track progress. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Manage HR Analytics & Dashboards - MIS Daily and Weekly. - Responsible for Joining & Exit formalities & other Engagement Activities. - Take proactive steps in Audit Support, Vendor Payments. - Monitor internal HR systems and databases. - Design and implement company policies - Act as point person for all staff regarding HR matters. - Recommend and Implement new software and tools that meet employees personnel information needs. - Background Verification and Employee File management. - Ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment. Requirements : - 6+ Years of experience as an HR Operations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good knowledge of labour law. - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems - Experience designing compensation and benefits packages - Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality. - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities - Team management skills - Should have a degree in Human Resources Management along with relevant work experience in a senior-level position. - Knowledge of payroll software.
