Looking for a Manager - HR Operations for an ITeS client to be based out of Bangalore.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Take overall responsibility for HR Admin & Helpdesk domain as an SME
- Responsible for the overall execution of the HR Admin & Helpdesk global processes and their quality across all centers
- Drive process compliance & standardization across the delivery teams
- Manage process (s) dashboard and KPI's reporting to drive process implementation, compliance and insights
- Align Strategic HR Admin & Helpdesk agenda
- Experienced in handling global Payroll
