Roles/Responsibilities :

- Drive and maintain compensation and benefit practices in line with organizational guidelines

- Recommend benefits / rewards restructuring to ensure that company policies are competitive and comply with applicable government regulations

- Coordinate compensation processes like the salary planning and reconciliation, increments and Management incentives

- Monitor and maintain the updated Compensation and Benefit database at all times

- Handle Performance Appraisal process including scheduling, discussions and follow-up

- Dovetail annual salary increments proposals and promotions with the appraisal process and prepare variable pay proposals in line with the philosophy communicated for the year

- Monitor variable pay, allowance tracker and provide inputs for timely disbursement

- Participate in external surveys, benchmark processes and make necessary recommendations

- Prepare MIS and trend reports and any other reports required by the Management

- Liaise closely with peer groups in the industry, identify emerging trends and make appropriate recommendations

- Supervise Background verification activities of all new joiners and project-based background verification

- Handle Employee Development initiatives and induction/on-boarding activities

- Discharge responsibilities of HR Business Partner

- Guide the team and supervise their activities

Skills Needed :

- Good knowledge of MS EXCEL and any Payroll HRIS

- Eye for detail and problem solving skills

- Good communication skills

Education Criteria :

- Graduate + MBA (HR)
