Manager HR Operations
Overall purpose of the Job To be a strategic partner in supporting back end activities thereby enabling better employee hygiene
Key Performance Areas :
Strengthening HR Operations process :
- Ensuring Migration of Back end process to outsourced vendor as per project charter.
- Ensuring checker maker concept document collection done by vendor.
- Liaison between recruitment vendor and filing vendor to ensure safety and security of employee documents.
- Ensure regular audit of vendor processes and publish report.
- Analyzing and Designing all HR Operations Process as per RAG
- Strengthen Employee verification process, reduce TAT and ensure 100% adherence
Managing Ecode Creation and Agency Code Creation :
- Ensuring Ecode are created for all New Joinees within TAT
- Ensuring Agency Code are created for Sales Department within the TAT
Mediclaim, Gratuity, Recoveries :
- Annual Mediclaim vendor negotiation and finalization within approved Budget.
- Identify the scope to improve mediclaim hospitalization process of the employees to reduce TAT and increase Employee Satisfaction.
- Regular interaction with TPA and update on process improvements.
- Handle all Gratuity related queries and ensure timely settlement.
- Ensuring F&F recoveries are actioned as per process. Absconding Letters are sent to employees within defined time frame.
- Liaison with Payroll and SAP team to ensure updation of F & F portal on a daily basis.
