The details are given below. 1) Minimum 7 yrs exp reqd 2) Expertise of FTC &amp; FTE Process Managements 3) Looking for candidates who is very having good experience in Offroll Management. 4) Very good experience in Contract Management 5) Onboarding, policy, compliances, payrolls, End to End from tier Hiring to Reliving 6) HR operations for Off Role employees 7) Knowledge of HR Compliances 8) Must have managed as a client contract workforce operations of 4000 + employees ( Handled Minimum 1000 Offroll employees) 9) Drive 100% HR Compliances and Payroll &amp; Labor compliances of vendor FTCs 10) Define, build &amp; measure process SLAs and compliances and reporting thereof to the relevant stakeholders. 11) Proactively audit the policy, processes and data related to Payroll, Leave, Full &amp; Final Settlement processes and ensure audit readiness. 12) Help upgrade HRIS system time to time through regression testing to ensure use of upgraded FTC HR instance and latest HRIS features. 13) Basic understanding or knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 14) In-depth exposure to HR statutory compliances under CLRA. 15) Strong interpersonal and communication skills 16) Preferred with experience in using Darwinbox and/or Blue Tree HRMIS. 17) Job Location Bangalore 18) Education Qualification - Graduate/PG from a top tier institute 19) Notice period - Immediate or candidates who can join in lesser notice period preferred the most 20) Should have good exp in Vendor Management
