Role &amp; responsibilities : 1. Accountable for end-to-end implementation of HR processes including onboarding, payroll management, exit management etc. 2. Ensure all employees PAN India adheres to laid down processes. 3. Drive process improvements in various HR processes leading to reduced TATs and higher efficiency. 4. Ensure regular communication on HR processes with various internal and external stakeholders. 5. Design and publish regularly various MIS's related to HR processes to senior management. 6. Conduct periodic internal audits and highlight discrepancies to important stakeholders in implementation of HR processes, systems and related documentation. 7. Partner with internal and external audit teams to complete audits timely and in an effective manner. 8. Ensure action on all audit reports and implementation of audit action items in a timely manner. 9. Handling HR transformation projects end-to-end on need basis, as a part of HR operations team . Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes : 1. 5+ years in HR operations, preferably in an organization with 1000+ headcount 2. Excellent Communication Skills 3. Good People Management Skills 4. Extrovert and Passionate 5. Exceptional analytical abilities 6. High on ownership 7. Exceptional drive for results
