Experience: 3+ years of work exprience in HR Operations management with Startup or new edge company or BFSI back ground
Location: Mumbai
NOTE: Looking for Immediate joiners only who can join th company in 30 Days.Payroll knowledge is compulsory
AGE: should not be more than 36 years
Job Role:
- Keep an eye on internal databases and HR systems. track important HR metrics Make thorough reports on the expense of HR Provide new software recommendations to meet staff needs, such as tools for performance reviews.

- Respond to questions from staff members regarding pay, employment laws, and any other pertinent subjects
- Control and direct the entire hiring and recruiting process.
- Create and implement orientation and training programmes to prepare staff for assignments.
- Ensure the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of employees' work results by teaching managers how to mentor and discipline staff, arranging management meetings with employees, hearing and resolving employee complaints, and counselling both staff members and managers.
- Evaluate and keep up employee benefits programmes, and let staff know about them.
