Manager HR - Operations Roles & Responsibilities : - Coordinating with Leadership team in employee planning and growth initiatives. - Implementation of appropriate Reward & Recognition program for employees - Formulating procedures, policies, and implementing promotions and Confirmation - People Management and ensuring smooth functioning of the process to control attrition rate of organization - Providing assistance with data analysis and prepare (need basis) ad-hoc reports - Evaluating business requirements on continuous basis & timely updates - Collection, collation & deriving meaningful data/ reports for decision-making - Close-monitoring and cross-functional co-ordination (need based) - Develop, maintain & update Organizational Databases - Ensure Stable Operations within the Organization - Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements - Set objectives for the HR team and track progress based on metrics - Monitor internal HR systems and databases - Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures - Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools - Address employees' queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics - Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors - Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same - Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results - Ensure availability of relevant documentation for all processes and procedures - Sound understanding of existing HR Policies & managing business-wise Head-count data. - Updating and managing KPIs for all employees PAN India (department-wise) - Calculate retention, turn-over and internal mobility rates as required - Work with HR SPOCs to prepare weekly updates on Open positions, Offer roll-outs etc. Desired Profile : - Excellent knowledge of Power-point & Excel with ability to effectively analyze data - Excellent communication skills, Presentable, Strong in data analytics & a Critical thinker - Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization - Strong team-working skills, focusing on sharing best practices and supporting colleagues. - Good understanding of the business structure (all entities) - Experience of implementing and improving HR processes of the organization - Flexible and open to change
