Employee Life Cycle Management & HR Policy
- Updating new joiness, resigned & transferred employee data in HRMIS system as per defined SOP.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the system.
- Ensure new joinee submits all mandatory documents as per the pre-defined TAT & BGV process is initiated as per agreed TAT.
- Responsible for employee policy manual updation.
- Review employee policy periodically & suggest changes.
Payroll Inputs & Compliance
- Ensure new joinees salary is updated in the system as per agreed TAT.
- Ensure salary changes of employees are incorporated in the system.
- Provide monthly inputs to payroll teams about new joinee/exits/confirmations & salary change.
- Coordinate with compliance vendor to ensure that all labour law related compliance is taken care of
Compensation & Benefits
- Responsible to administer annual appraisal & annual increments cycle.
- Responsible for processing annual PLI.
- ESOP data Management & administration.
- Responsible for annual salary benchmarking survey.
- Monthly & quarterly comp analysis.
- Work on total reward concept & employee communication around the same.
- Responsible for renewal of Mediclaim & Term life insurance.
- Evaluate existing benefits & benchmark with best in class in industry
HR Analytics & Data Management
- Prepare & present monthly HR Dasboards.
- Prepare template for HR analytics.
- Provide employee data to various stakeholder as per agreed TAT.
- Work on automation of employee data dissemination
- Maintain & update organisation chart.
Projects / Process improvements
- Evaluate all existing process of HR Ops to check its efficiency.
- Define TAT & quality level of HR Ops delivery.
- Prepare schedule for all monthly/quarterly / yearly data shared by HR Ops team & adhere to the defined schedule all the time.
- Work on HR Ops processes to deliver great employee experience.
