Manager - HR Operations - BPO/IT

The non-financial benefits lead is responsible for assisting with the administration of all non-financial benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage an agent and review day to day operations of the insurance policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Formulate the Policy, Process and R&R of all stakeholders involved in the Insurance and non-financial benefits process.

2. Appoint Insurance and TPA companies to support our non-financial benefits schemes for employees in line with Fujitsu Procurement processes.

3. Ensures the accuracy of all non-financial benefits enrolments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.

4. Performs quality checks of non-financial benefits-related data and present a monthly report to management and Head HR.

5. Assists employees regarding non-financial benefits claim issues and plan changes.

6. Distributes all non-financial benefits enrolment materials and determines eligibility.

7. Responds to non-financial benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrolments, status changes and other general inquiries.

8. Assists with new-hire orientations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Extensive knowledge of employee Insurance schemes (GMC, GPA and GTL) and other non-financial benefits.

2. Thorough knowledge of applicable laws.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
