HR Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Headcount Costs & Planning:
- Monitor and manage headcount costs, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Forecast headcount requirements based on business needs.
Annual Budgets:
- Develop and maintain annual HR budgets with finance.
- Ensure adherence to allocated funds.
Quarterly Review:
- Facilitate quarterly review of OKRs for alignment with goals.
Org-structuring:
- Update organizational charts reflecting staffing changes.
HR Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Coordinate audits, addressing compliance issues.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent MS Excel proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with numerical data.
- Proactive in compliance and audit.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Maturity to handle work pressure.
- Effective communication skills.
