Overview
The Case Manager will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the India Global Service Center by partnering with HRBPs, Global Security & Investigation, and HR Legal in the handling and resolution of Employee Relations issues.
Description
Handle investigation of cases including liaising with relevant stakeholders/key risk management colleagues
Prepare show cause, case notes and schedule/ coordinate for committee meetings
Provide guidance during investigation and recommend appropriate corrective action
Prepare Investigation Reports
Log and track the development of cases through Answer key
Performs other tasks as may be assigned within the scope of ER case
