Seeking a smart HR Operations manager who can manage a small team and be responsible for :
- HR Generalist function, Recruitment and HR OPerations
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
- Prepare key HR metrics, HR Dashboards, Presentations.
- Working with the HR systems project team ensure that the HR System is implemented on time and within the project timetable, maximising the automated delivery of processes
- Address employees- queries (e.g. on compensation, PF etc)
- Taking care of Employee Benefits like Life, Accident & Medical Insurance
- Administration activities.
- Team Management

Candidates Profile
Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute with experience in HR Operations Role
Work Experience :
- 8 to 12 years of experience.
- Should have exposure of working in the service sector.
- Domain knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
