Job Title: HR operations manager

Experience: 5+ years

Job location: Pune

Reporting to - Head HRD

Team - 1-2 people

Educational qualifications - MBA HR Full Time

Key skills - employee onboarding, BVG, payroll processing, statutory compliances, HR audits

Core Responsibility Areas:

- Conduct and manage the day-to-day HR Operations with team from Onboarding, Back Ground Verification, and Employee Life Cycle Management, Payroll Processing, Compliance & Statutory

- Provide relevant HR expertise and experience to effectively coach / counsel Team members/ employees. Anticipate & address issues proactively.

- Actively participate in HR audits

- Handling queries from all the Associates / Stake Holders / Client Manager /Client HR regarding Salaries, PF & ESIC, follow-up, employee life cycle etc.

- Handling HR & Onboarding portal / Software like Adrenaline & Query Management System, leave, attendance activities of LOP / LOPR (reversals), and payroll.

- Minimize critical attrition & Operational losses by establishing proactive process and early warning by highlighting cases like Anti Money laundering, Ghost employees etc.

- Develop and up skill junior resources on the team providing appropriate leadership, counsel, guidance and training customized to individual needs, good in Delegation of duties to the team & understanding Team

- Provide Dashboard, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Tracker & Aging Report as per TAT Internal and External Stake holders on regular basis and on demand.

- Quality of handling client and employee query by giving them timely revert & resolutions.

- Conduct Review meetings with client and Team

- Regularly updating SOPS & Process document asper the latest change in process.

- Conducting regular meetings with client from top to bottom of the Management pyramid

- Good in Managing Master data from Onboarding, Background Verification, Employee Life Cycle Management to Payroll Processing (Giving salary input to software & auditing of the data.)

- Good in finding gaps in processes & streamlining new process.

- Expertise in managing good client relation and team building Skills

- Responsible for end-to-end payroll process i.e. from collecting / upload attendance data till the disbursement of salary in the bank account.

- Responsible to design & implement employees salary processing scheme for all the employees, Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries /Referral Fees/ Bonuses.

- Identify and facilitate people and organization effectiveness interventions that improve organization dynamics.

- Co-coordinating with Vendors of BGV / Statutory / Record Management for essential report & Data management.

- Understanding of the statutory matters related to payroll like income-tax, PF (PF Withdrawal), PT, Gratuity, and E.S.I.C etc. independently.
