- Seeking a suave smart HR Operations Manager

Offer Letter Creation:

- Pre-joining ensuring all documents & info is in place

- Onboarding Meeting (e-meeting or in person) the joinee on the DOJ and getting documentation done as needed. Sharing the welcome mail

- Background Verification Supervise Team

- Personal Files Ensuring upkeep and completion of online and offline files

- Org Mapping Tracking all org movements and ensuring systems are updated

- Separation Managing end to end separation process

- Labour Compliance working with TPP/HGS to ensure we are labour laws compliant

- PF related compliance ; There is a team member who executes, but this person needs to take ownership

- TPP ; Managing TPP staff onboarding, offboarding and payroll by working with TPP vendor

- Prefer someone good at excel as the work needs some proficiency in excel. An MBA with good comm skills.

- 4 to 6 yrs exp depending upon Ctc level
