- Hire the team of executives and team leaders for employee onboarding, grievance handling, payroll management and compliance management teams
- Oversee employee onboarding processes to make sure all onboarding formalities are completed timely and correctly
- Coordinate with decentralized onboarding teams in other cities to ensure there are no gaps during new employee onboarding across all the staffing employees on a Pan-India level
- Ensure maintenance of master data and reports, including but not limited to: productivity, employee hours/ overtime, and contract labor tracking and monitoring
- Lead the grievance handling processes and ensure all grievances are closed within 24 hours by the team
- Oversee the payroll management team to ensure all salaries and reimbursements of all the temp staffing employees are disbursed as per the client's timelines
- Lead compliance management team to make sure that we comply with all statutory compliances and all the compliance timelines are met every month
- Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure efficiency and quality in the team
- Handle any disputes that may arise with the client or employee or both, in coordination with our legal firm
- Gathering feedback on employee performance and customer satisfaction
- Completing employee performance reviews at regular intervals and managing staff recognition and discipline
